If you are not 100% happy with any full price item you may exchange it for another item, or a store credit, within 14 days of the delivery date. All sale items are final sales. Returns received after the two weeks will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please be sure to plan for 5-10 days for transit time. Kristi's Closet does not pay for return shipping, unless it is for a damaged product. If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes no makeup stains, deodorant, or perfume from trying on. We reserve the right to refuse items that have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or smell of smoke. Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping back returns. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Sizes sell quickly so we can not guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. In this case you can exchange it for another item or receive a store credit.
